Seibert Thanksgiving/Christmas- November.

We trekked up to Ohio to spend Thanksgiving with the Seiberts.
Georgie gave special attention to the Macy's parade.
With equal opportunity for both fingers.
Cecelia and Georgie decorated some Christmas trees.

Poor Hudson was the defenseless victim of Aunt Jenni's latest silly hat.

This family is getting almost too big for a family meal at one table.  We might have to break into shifts next year.
And here's a good picture of all the grandkids.  10 under 10.  This is about the only time we saw all of them together all weekend.  Henry and Oliver spent most of their time outside moving rocks, digging holes, or helping Grandpa rake.  June and Tessa were hidden away playing.  And Natalie, Annalise and Evie were off in their world.  It's not so hard with so many kids once they get older!
June made this great family picture of us.  I especially like her attention to "Bradin" and "Grapl's" facial hair.  I also like the pockets on the kids' pants.  And in case you were wondering, she's labeled herself as "meedeem"  (medium), Jo as "litl" (little), and Henry as "big."
On Friday night, we headed to Archbold to officially ring in the Christmas season with the annual parade.
It was a really cold night, especially for the Turners, who don't own snowpants anymore.  It looks like Evie has given up completely.
But in the end, the lights on all the trucks and tractors warmed our hearts enough to get us through.
On Saturday, we had the big Seibert family Christmas at the Ney Legion.  June's head almost exploded when Santa walked in.  She was first in line to sit on his lap.
Georgie stood for this shot only because she heard there was some chocolate in her bag of oranges and peanuts.  (Did anyone else outside of northwest Ohio also get these bags as a kid? The combo of the smell of oranges and peanuts in the shell always takes me back to Christmas as a kid.)

Henry and Annalise had their turn reading the Christmas story- a family tradition that has kept going since we were all kids.  (Good thing there are lots of cousins and great-grandkids!)
The birthday buddies hug goodbye before the long drive back south.
