As Georgie got better about being potty trained, we let her explore more carpeted rooms of the house, but still found it easier to keep her pantless for easy potty access.
She made this work by finding the right pair of shoes to match.
June's art is very influenced by school. This is her work entitled "Vedrins Daye is on November 11." That's June and PawPaw in front of the school assembly ready to eat lunch at a special table set for just the two of them. PawPaw, you better make plans now to be down here next November.
Fall in the south does a good job of redeeming the endless torture of summer int he south. Jo and I headed to the street to jump in some leaves and blow bubles.
I love our neighborhood, especially when the trees change color.
Just a candid loving moment between Jo and I that just happened to be captured because I was holding the camera ready to catch a kiss I told her to give me.
What a great day!
Until Georgie bit it on the asphalt and her mom was still taking pictures when she should have been comforting her.
But don't worry, she survived, even though all of her falls are taken upper lip first.
Henry showed off some of his artistic talent by making a family portrait and listing our favorite activities. They are as follows:
Mama: cutting cabbage. (Obviously.)
Papa: Working . (That's his computer.)
Henry: Legos
June and JoJo: playing ponies.
Into November, Henry's Creeper costume still got good use from all the visiting neighbors. June and Maddie figured out they could both fit into it and had a good time tiptoeing around and giggling until they tipped over and couldn't get back up.
